Why’d You Do That?
When the child of the widow the prophet Elijah was staying with died, she assumed it was her fault, that Elijah’s arrival had pointed a divine spotlight on her, and God was punishing her for some sin she had committed. We consider this question in light of Jesus raising another woman’s son from the dead.
